Gardner White is seeking candidates for our Customer Service Representative in the following stores: Ann Arbor, Auburn Hills, Brighton, Canton, Macomb, Novi, Rochester Hills, Southfield, Taylor ,Warren-14 Mile, Warren-Groesbeck, and Waterford.
Minimum Oualiifcations:
- Good listener and communicator with solid customer service experience with a polished phone presence.
- Actively listens, cares and services the customer making it a super experience
- Knows how to positively diffuse a negative situation and work on resolving the problem so the customer feels we listened and took great care of them
- Possesses a winning attitude and dedication to ensuring the highest marks in customer satisfaction are achieved with every call or customer contact
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Qualifications:
• Computer Literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette
• Experience with a Multi-Line Phone System
• Positive background working in a customer service position
• Work weekends and holidays included
• Successful background in working within a team and mentoring other team members
• Exceptional listening and problem resolution skills
• Follow up on customer issues to verify they were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
